Home Where I Belong
Home Where I Belong is a parable about muscle tension in any given region of your body and how the various members of that region interact with each other, as well as how tension negatively impacts the area and how to get relief!

Muscle Release Overview
Muscle Release Overview explains the release sequence from the Preparation phase through the Release phase by going step -by-step through the flow chart in Chapter Four of the Stop the Pain Manual.  As you reach the end of the first round, the next step depends on how your body has responded so far.  The arrows will lead you back to the appropriate steps to repeat until  you reach full release of the tense or tender area.

Muscle Release Technique
Muscle Release Technique demonstrates the practitioner performing the Release on the client to show proper pressure and positioning as you prepare to use the technique on yourself.
Guided Muscle Release
Guided Muscle Release will give you an opportunity to be led through the Muscle Release experience without needing to look at the book while you are doing it.  It will be most useful as you are learning the technique.
 Rib Release Activity
Rib Release Activity will lead you through the action steps to find and release ribs that have been pushed by an impact or pulled by tension out of their home position and how to release the tension to bring the whole neighborhood back home.
Release Your Core
Release Your Core demonstrates a simple resting position that releases tension from the psoas muscle, which helps with low back and hip pain.
Forward Head Posture
Forward Head Posture shows a simple exercise to strengthen the muscles on the front of the neck and release the muscles on the back of the neck.  Used regularly, this can help to reverse or prevent the posture challenging trend affecting those of any age who look downward regularly, such as while using cell phones and other devices.  (Raising the device to eye level is also a helpful prevention strategy.)

Shrug, Chicken Wing, Lean
Shrug, Chicken Wing, Lean is a release for the upper trapezius muscle to help restore blood flow and a restful and painfree position to the upper three ribs and the surrounding area.
Neck Release Figure Eights
Neck Release Figure Eights provides a simple, yet effective, way to dismiss tension and increase mobility in the neck.
Isometric Exercises
Isometric Exercises demonstrates a profoundly effective and pain-free way to reset the proprioception or awareness of muscles to improve range of motion quickly.
Spindle Cell Technique
Spindle Cell Technique shows another simple and powerful way to reset the proprioception in the spindle cells of muscles to bring immediate and surprising release of tension.
